Our art teacher has been a TAT for the past year and a half, and she was not made aware that her position was not a regular teaching position. She was offered a permanent position for next school year however she wants to know if there’s any way this year can count towards tenure (without any formal reach observations)

Unfortunately, no if she hasn't had any formal observations (Article 23-6.1).
